Warning: lucid dreaming is extremely addictive, and experienced once, you will never want to go back to your usual state.
Lucid Dream is a type of extremely clear and highly realistic dream, in which dreamer is aware, that he is dreaming. The dreamer can control the plot of his dream, and do amazing things as fly, teleport, meet people he wants, learn and discover important information, travel the world or universe, also everything people do in usual life, as eating, shopping, having fun, driving cars, having sex (sex is not always good idea. I will explain why, in my next tutorials. )
1. Before you start to practice lucid dreaming, at first learn to meditate.
2. Your room should be suitable for lucid dreaming, you need to feel safe and cosy.
It’s important to sleep enough hours, and be well rested when you practice lucid dreaming.
It’s very preferable to have fresh and clean air in room, you will practice, must be clean from smoking or ecology pollution. Proper breathing is the key to successful lucid dreaming, fresh clean air is raising your vibrancy and polluted air lowers the vibrancies.
3. Nothing should disturb you. Practice in a safe, quiet room. ( For example I wanted to lucid dream this night, but was distracted by noisy Mexican racoon, who comes to my garden at night 🙄🇲🇽. Also, mosquitos they can be quite annoying. ) It’s better to completely turn off lights, the darker the better, but moonlight is good.
4. Clean yourself internally and detox your body with proper diet (vegan diet is recommended) before you start to lucid dream or astral project. Then cleaner your body, then better quality your lucid dreams or astral will be. If you eat junk, you will attract dark entities in astral world and can project into lower realms (this where ancient got the ideas of hell and heaven) . This kind of astral is not fun, even more, seeing such scary entities and demons can discourage you from lucid dreaming and astral projection.
5. It’s good to purge negative energy from your room, for example with natural incense candles before practice. (Turn off unprotected candles while lucid dream though to avoid fire.) Also, you can use various stones near your bed or in your necklace, for example Amethyst, Jade, Moonstone, Celestite, Obsidian or Lapis Lazuli are the best stones for lucid dreaming. Stones and candles may be not make you to lucid dream, but they give a pleasant spiritual ambience and mystic atmosphere to your room, to help you set your mood for traveling celestial worlds.
6. Learn to meditate in quiet or with good meditation music or mantras. For example Powerful Om Mantra Meditation well known on YouTube Powerful Om Mantra Meditation
7. While meditating don’t move, and focus only on your mind. Clear your mind from all thoughts. This is the first step to learn to separate your spiritual bodies from your physical one.
8. Lucid Dream typically happens in your etheric or astral bodies. In etheric body, you can travel through distances and space, while your astral body is able to travel into the past. If you see future in your dreams, means you are using your mental body (Osho).
9. Try to keep your consciousness/mind awake, while letting your body to drift off to sleep.

11. The difference between a Lucid Dream and Astral Projection, is that in lucid dream you are “awake” in the middle of your dream plot. Suddenly you are realising that you are dreaming. In average dream, person is not aware, he is dreaming.
During Astral Projection you’re awake in your astral body in quantum copy of your own room (or another, sometimes some of your previous rooms) and there is no plot.
In your astral body, you feel as real, as if you were truly awake, so sometimes it’s hard to know if you are astral projecting or you are awake in our real world.
Very often, during astral projection ( also called out of body experience ) you’re seeing your body sleeping on bed. Your astral body looks approximately the same as your physical one, it’s a copy, a double, but also can look sheer ….. It differs, depends on type of projection you achieved. In your astral body, you can fly, travel, and do a lot of interesting things …… In lucid dream, you can also do all you want, but after realising that you are dreaming, in dream’s plot.
12. Also, you can start your astral projection directly from a lucid dream. For example you can use portals, as mirrors. If you go through mirror in a lucid dream, you will enter one of the parallel worlds or astral dimensions.
13. In a lucid dream, if you pretend you are going to sleep, and then opening your eyes afterwards, or as second method, start to meditate (very powerful technique) you will enter one another dimension of Astral world.
14. So, quiet, no distractions, safe calm room, clean air is the basic of lucid dreaming. Watch your diet and prepare with high vibrancy music.
15. Do not cross your arms during lucid dreaming practices. I will explain why, later, in my next tutorials.
16.Dress in cotton (or other natural fabrics) comfortable clothes.
17. Do not forget the well known lucid dreaming steps : to keep journal of all your dreams, lucid or not in a morning. Have reality checks during your day, when you should ask yourself if you’re dreaming, or check your hands, are they the same and real during day. This practice will help you to remember to repeat the same question in your dreams, to determine, if you are dreaming, or awake.
18. Before astral projection or lucid dreaming practices, be ready with exact plan of what you are planning to do in your dream or astral. Where you will go, fly, teleport, what you’re planning to do there, what you will eat, who you want to meet. But with time you can be leed also by others especially in astral.
19. Now you are ready to try your first lucid dreaming technique, during your meditation, vividly and in details visualise the place where you want to be in your lucid dream.
Next day, try second technique, visualise a temple on high mountain, and visualise how you climb up to it by stairs, focus on every step.
Third day, try the third technique : playing imaginary piano keys with your fingers, while starting to drift off to sleep, after a minute, stop to move your physical fingers, but still go on to play with your imaginary fingers!
20. One of the effective methods is to keep an object, you try not to loose in you hand, while falling asleep.
21. Herbs For Lucid Dreaming
There is exist Herbs, helping to induce lucid dreams. Their Effect can be attributed to their Cleaning and Anti parasitic qualities, as well they make brain more sensitive to receiving the frequencies. For example Mugwort is one of the best Herbs for Lucid Dreaming (best works if used with proper cleaning and plant based diet).
